Digital Product Refund Policy

At Learnory, we sell digital eBooks that are immediately available for download upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we have the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds After Download

Important Notice:

Once an eBook has been downloaded, refunds are not available. This is because digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to download or access the eBook due to technical problems on our end
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same eBook multiple times
  • Payment Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for a single purchase
  • Product Description Mismatch: If the eBook content significantly differs from what was described

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your order number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Name of the eBook
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Your access to the eBook will be revoked

5. Cancellation Before Download

If you have purchased an eBook but have not yet downloaded it, you may request a cancellation and full refund. Please contact us immediately to process your cancellation.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds, when approved, are for the full purchase price of the eBook.

7. Promotional Purchases

eBooks purchased using discount codes, coupons, or during promotional sales are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will be for the amount actually paid.
